I'd like to start by saying Dr Kim Smith is wonderful and kind. However, the billing department is absolutely awful and they have ruined my experience at this clinic. I have been unable to contact them via phone or email for over four months. As a result of this I'm unable to schedule my surgery. Despite promises and voicemails they never called me back to address the issue. The billing department did not file the claim with my insurance for more than 4 months. After my countless phone calls the best answer I received is that they didn't receive my insurance details from the office, which is a total lie as the office has my insurance card and confirmed that billing departmenti received this information. I am supposed to receive a phone call from the manager but this hasn't happened so far. The bottom line is I need to have a surgery as soon as possible and because this issue I can not do that as I can not schedule the appointment due to unpaid bill. This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous that patients need to chase the billing department, plus my insurance already reached out to them and ask for the invoice and provided all of the details and they still didn't do what they are supposed to do. I have no other ideas on how to resolve this, maybe highlighting this issue over here will help to get the attention and hopefully someone will get in touch with me.

The staff and the doctor were very friendly and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Dunson-Allen was thorough and explained everything to me. I appreciated her taking the time for me to understand procedures, what she recommended and why.

Oh my! My visit with Dr. Doctor was one of the BEST I’ve ever had! She was kind, gentle and very thorough with my exam, and I gain knowledge and instructions about my body that has ever been explained. I felt very empowered to continue to love my beautiful body.
